This yarn basket is likely made by a north eastern woodland tribe in ash splints, sweet grass and cord. The aniline dye has faded on the outside but the colour remains on the inside. The basket is in very good condition with some of the ash splints worn which you can partly see on the photographs.
Size: 8" ht x top is 7" dia x bottom 5 1/2 dia. widest point 8 1/2"
