Items we sell are vintage, and will have appropriate wear consistent with age and use. We provide full and honest disclosure about an item, and point out any issues in both description and photographs. If you have questions about condition please contact before ordering.

PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover and secure payments can be done via Stripe.  Prices are Canadian $, shipping, taxes duty extra

SALES TAX CANADA

Canadian customers are charged sales tax. We do not charge sale taxes to customers outside of Canada, *be aware when you receive your order you might be charged taxes and duties by your home country*. 

SHIPPING SERVICE
Items are shipped via Canada Post and we process within 3-5 business days of order date. You will receive an email notification when your order is shipped.  We do not ship orders on the weekend. 

SHIPPING METHOD 

EXPEDITED SHIPPING - 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS - INCLUDES $100 INSURANCE AND TRACKING (additional costs for extra coverage)  Please email me for shipping costs internationally and Canada Post Express shipping within Canada and the US.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES outside Canada: You will pay for applicable custom charges, duties and taxes charged by your country. The total value excluding shipping is on the custom documents so that if lost we can refund you the full value of what you purchased. (shipping extra)

Once we send out the order it is in the hands of the post office - contact Canada Post: website www.canadapost.ca  or call 1-866-607-6301 with your tracking number.

We ship to your ADDRESS as indicated by ship to, we are not RESPONSIBLE for incorrect shipping addresses.

RETURN POLICY
We do our best to photograph the work however image colour may appear differently on a computer. Items are either antique or vintage and do our best to describe the condition and include photographs, please review the photos in details. Because items are 50 to 100 years they might have "imperfections" or wear due to time and we do not refund due to age related conditions. At My Frugal Father we celebrate imperfections and love what happens to objects over time.

In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase we can refund the cost of the item amount returned with the original packaging. It is your responsible for the shipping costs to send back to us.

For *insured* item that arrive damaged due to postal transit please contact us so we can file a claim with the post office along with a photograph of the damage which is required for us to claim. Please send us your claim within 2 business days after you receive your order.

 "Sale items" are final 

SHIPPING MATERIALS We reuse shipping materials when possible its part of what we are about.

PRODUCT CARE

Dipped dyed wool blankets  and over dyed linens come with product care instructions.  We are not responsible for damage that occurs if instructions are not followed.
