This is a very nice piece of Canadiana from Ontario. An early 19th Century decorated box with a hinged lid. The box has its original putty paint decoration exterior and robins egg blue paint interior . The lock is original but missing the key. Condition: The small trunk is intact and durable. Its painted surface is stable but as numerous nicks and scratches.
