This delicate porcelain hand amulet is a dip pen holder. The fabric end is not completely in tack. The hand itself is in excellent condition. Dr. J.H. Crocker worked for YMCA in Shanghai managing the Chinese team at the Far Eastern Athletic Games. In 1911he shipped home to Toronto a case full of Chinese antiques he had acquired during his stay, this was part of it.
